The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem is intending to invest in the large and obsolete space, located at the Beit Sahour Parish, by stablishing a retail store center. This idea started from the fact that the intended stores’ location is very vital and supported by a strong economic base, as it will be built on the main and only high street that connects Hebron with Beit Sahour, Bethlehem, Beit Jala and other Palestinian cities.
The project will help the city to flourish economically, by establishing different retail businesses, such as: clothes stores, shoes outlets, electrical shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, souvenir and gift shops, etc.
The project will consist of establishing 11 adjacent stores (71 square meters), each with a private bathroom. Free parking will be available, making it more advantageous for customers who choose to shop in this commercial complex.
